Managed a diverse portfolio of over 50 properties situated in Greece with a total market value over €50m, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and financial performance.
Prepared business plans and cashflows to assess potential hospitality and real estate developments.
Monitored and updated the cashflows of investment properties and hotels in operation.
Handled all tenant relations, from negotiations to lease agreements and addressed all tenants requests and complaints.

Conducted numerous property evaluations for in-house use and managed and approved all third-parties property appraisals.
Prepared full set up of a Real Estate Investment Company (R.E.I.C.), finally not established.
Followed the Greek real estate market to detect potential opportunities and trends. Key Achievements:
Increased the rental income by 40% and achieved 100% occupancy rates to all investment properties in the last 18 months.
Reporting to CEO, managed a team of 6 people Key Responsibilities:
Organized and supervised the re-evaluation of mortgaged properties situated all over Greece, according to EU Directive 2610.
Checked and approved all re-evaluation documents.
Coordinated and managed the daily operations of the Appraisal Department, ensuring smooth workflow and issuing payment receipts. Key Achievements:
Exceeded the goal of 1, 200 re-evaluations per year, by implementing an eficient re-evaluation process and workflow.

Managed the real estate developments and investments from A-Z.
Created financial models to assess returns and risks of suggested developments. The budget of the developments made in ofice and residential markets exceeded €35 m in total.
Monitored the developments financial progress (budget/actual, P&Ls, cashflows, equity/loan installments) and suggested remedies proactively.
Organized public tenders for the utilization of private properties and performed property appraisals.
Followed Greek real estate market to detect properties suitable for developments under the owners standards.
