• Managed project planning, implementation and monitoring of a project serving more than 50, 000 families in Central Equatoria State.

• Developed project budgets and monthly cash projections (cash flow)
• Provided strategic direction and leadership for project goals and objectives including Food security project, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion, Education and Health promotion in rural area.
• Provided management and oversight for the construction of primary schools, schools latrine, communal latrines, bore hole, water yard system and food security program for DRC refugees in Lasu Settlement
• Provided management and oversight for the construction of integrated fish ponds and integrated poultry and vegetable crops garden and demonstration multiplication agriculture plots for the host community.
• Provided management and oversight for the construction and rehabilitation of primary health center unit, borehole and latrine for the host community.
• Developed concept note, proposal, logical frame work, and revise log frame and budget when needed.
• Wrote and submitted monthly, quarterly reports, interim report and final program reports
• Designated officer in charge for program closing, document retention and coordination with beneficiaries, partners including UN-Agencies and Government.
