Strategic & Tactical Planning Target Management

 Maintenance of quality work in the production with regular follow up and feedback with the team and with quality department.
 Support the team, interacting with the team and coordinating with the production Team and senior ops managers.
 Negotiate and enforce collections to recover funds and expedite the clearance of delinquent accounts.
 Recruitment and Training and Orientation of the company and its policies.
 Provided adequate sales training to staff, especially on own product’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats versus competition.
 Handled qualifying and establishment of pipeline.
 Worked closely with partners to develop appropriate business plans as well as expansion of brand presence.
 Maintained current and competent working knowledge of product line to educate customer and increase customer’s likeliness to prescribe the product.
 Produced high quality territory management activities, including pre-call planning, material inventory, call reports and expense reports.
 Maintained strong interpersonal relationships with carrier operational and sales management.
 Monitored daily/monthly/ quarterly sales call activity/client deliverables by gaining access to prescribing decision makers and influencing purchasing decisions.
 Liaison with the Clients with regard to the process and company polices.
 Working on Team management and taking required steps to maintain team metrics - KRA
 Handled a team of Fifty members.
 Handling the production ratio and preparing reports of the past and forecasting the future schedule and then handling the team growth and then taking care of the details of their queries and attendance etc.
 Reporting to the Department Head regarding the whole schedule working plan production days and duty schedule.
