Job Responsibilities
•Receiving the enquiries from Sales Teams, handling them and delegating to respective team members.
•Downloading all the data (Domestic & International) received from the clients through Intranet and preparing the Air waybills for the same.
•Response the client with neat way.
•Sorting the bulk shipments as per the mode of transportation and physical addresses.
•Handling all the complaints, suggestions & requirements of the Sales Teams regarding the shipments and updating them regularly.
•Receiving commodities from supplier as per the purchasing orders from our clients.
•Recheck the commodities according SKU’s from the invoice and purchase orders.
•Arrange the commodities in proper racks and allocating the barcode for the shelves.
•Making inventory list in Warehouse Management System (WMS) by using SKU’s.
•Preparing the shipments as per the shipper request and dispatch it for deliveries.
•Meet the clients directly and discuss about the Bulk package rates and their requirements.
•Fulfill the customer needs on time and make arrangements for the better deliveries.
•Planning and Quote courier charges according to the quantity of shipments.
•Follow up every day about the deliveries and provide the daily deport till the project completion.
•Arranging the collection schedule as per the customer request and follow up with the courier team leader for the better collection.
•Handling the customers issues and solves it very quickly and makes the customers to have a good relationship with our business.
•Work as a team to make the business successful.
