Inventory/Warehouse/Store
• Adhere to Kanban and Kaizen Standards
• Effective storage utilization
• Ensuring proper housekeeping is maintained at all times
• Inspecting and ensuring safety standards for workers
• Ensuring all machinery, tools and equipment used in the store are in good condition
• Ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods to and from vehicles
• Verifying documentation of incoming and outgoing goods
• Preparing documents of GRN, Goods Issue/return, Scrap, Invoices and Challans in SAP
• Maintaining material inward and material outward register
• Maintaining MIS and Circulating it with other departments
• Overseeing stock transfer between plants and vendors
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Conducting periodic physical inventory
• Accounting and verification of scrap
• Work closely with other departments eg: Safety, Quality, Production, Purchase, Sales and distribution
• Training store staff
Production Planning
• Scheduling works for Banbury, calendring, extrution, tyre building and tyre curing sections.
• Reschedule the works in case of machine failure, insufficient manpower and unforeseen complications
• Ensuring smooth functioning of all sections of production.
• Conducting Inventories (Green Tyres, Treads, Sidewall, Calender Rolls, Compound).
