Responsibilities:
Be the focal point for all case management activities.
Coach, supervise, support, empower and guide the case workers.
Conduct individual sessions regularly with the case workers to monitor assessment, need’s identification, action plans, follow up and services provided to the beneficiaries.
Ensure accurate documentation by thoroughly reviewing forms, weekly and monthly reports.
Providing personalized psychological support and therapy to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.

Provided attentive listening and counseling services to refugees, documenting social files and integrating all relevant data into the system.
Responded to emergency cases and ensured thorough follow-up on all necessary actions until the intended results are achieved.
Coordinated with partners to avoid duplication, enhance service provision, and facilitate referrals.
Updated the beneficiaries list on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
The psychiatric department in the hospital
Objectives:
Assisted to psychological session with the hospital psychologists.
Led the session's interview under the supervision of the psychologist.
Discussed psychological case scenarios.
Followed trainings concerning the psychologist's job in a hospital.
Psychiatric hospital for patients with mental and psychiatric disorders
Objectives:
Deepened my knowledge in psychopathology.
Learned communications with patients about diagnosis, treatments and prognosis.
Conducted individual psychological interviews with patients.
Assisted and participated in sessions of Art Therapy.
Child Care Clinic in collaboration with L’odyssée Maternelle (Jbeil)
Responsibilities:
Applied the ABA method, art and play therapy for children with autism to improve behavioral, social and cognitive skills and to achieve possible autonomy through personalized adaptation plans.
Shadow teacher - Supported children with autism in developing interpersonal skills and promoting adherence to social rules.
Specialized Department in two regular schools (Lycée in Amchit and Soeurs franciscaines in Adonis Kartaba)
Objectives: Observed the school environment and the educational system, including the integration of children with special needs into regular classes.
