Designation: HR Recruitment- Sourcer - Dec 2011 to Till Date

Principal accountabilities:

● Lead the hiring process of team members and assist the Senior Management on Campus Hiring - India
● Leading the Sourcing team for India to understand the Business units forecast and delivers the requirements for the year.
● Build the functional (IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, electronics, Logistics) database of candidates for talent pipeline in India.
● Responsible for lateral/leadership hiring with all business units
● Working on END to END Recruitment Solution Screen, interview and assess candidates against position criteria.
● Identify the risks in the process at various stages and ensure appropriate controls are in place for the same.
● Created a new model of Sourcing (10:5:1) which helps to finalize the selected candidate within SLA.
● Recruitment Coordination for Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia & Australia.
● Reduced the consultant cost by 4% compared to the 2012.

● Leading CLMS Process for Asia Pacific region & Working with team to complete the request within SLA and maintaining Quality sigma level.
