Communications and Engagement Leader - Asia-Pacific Assurance (October 2021-April 2023):
• Responsible for the communications plan of EYs biggest service line in Asia-Pacific (23 countries)
• Led a team of three people (100% retention) - allocating responsibilities, and overseeing performance and development
• Managed multiple projects in a multicultural matrix environment, with several layers of approvals, a variety of stakeholders, and of different levels of seniority - ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget
• Led the news and information desk: scheduled, wrote/edited and published more than 150 stories
• Provided counsel and guidance to senior leaders - including email announcements, video scripts, keynote speeches
• Managed crisis communications on sensitive topics: Project Everest (company split), Russia-Ukraine war (Russian operations exit), Wirecard (former clients financial misconduct and fraud)
• Reinvigorated the 32k-member Yammer group by planning and executing a regular drumbeat of communications: 14k views in average from November 2021 to December 2022, 100k+ views for some leadership messages
Communications and Engagement Leader - Global FAAS/CCaSS and Forensics (November 2018-October 2021):
• Developed the communications strategy EY’s fastest growing sub-service lines: Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), with Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS), and Forensic & Integrity Services
• Led the change communications for FAAS (leadership/strategy change)
• Member of the COVID-19 communication committee and managed the Assurance internal news and information pipeline
• Delivered with the team nine townhalls in nine weeks during COVID-19 times, with 20k internal participants in average
• Organized in five months a four-day virtual conference with 1, 500 participants - I was part of the Steering Committee and led the event’s branding, SharePoint development, content creation, and reviewed 20+ video scripts and films
News Editor | Campaigns and Delivery Manager - Global Assurance (dual role) (October 2017-October 2018):
• Led the global news and information desk: scheduled, wrote and published more than 250 articles
• Led the execution of communication programs and campaigns to targeted audiences (from leadership to 80k people)
• Developed the change communications for EY’s sub-service line Forensics (name/leadership/strategy change)
Communications and Engagement Senior Officer - Global Assurance Talent (March 2016-September 2017):
• Planned, developed and executed communication programs to deliver Talent’s key priorities
• Analyzed and translated results of the annual people survey into follow-up communications
• Helped to convert the US #AuditorProud social media blitz into an annual global engagement campaign, raising from one year to another 30% to 67% share of voice from among the Big Four, and 2.6m to 60m impressions across Twitter and LinkedIn. Campaign nominated by the Drum Awards for Social Media 2017 in the “Best International Strategy” category
