In my current role at Raha, a distinguished construction company specializing in over 40 private villa constructions across Qatar, I hold a multifaceted position with key responsibilities in Safe Work Environment (HSE), Project Management Office (PMO), Logistics, and Camp Supervision.
• I coordinate the deployment of over 120 laborers across 30+ construction sites daily to and from work sites as well as ensuring their well-being both on-site and at the camp.
• Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) as a vital link between the head office and on-site activities.
• My role is pivotal in optimizing safety, logistics, and effective communication, aligning with Rahas commitment to excellence in private villa construction.
• I have set, enforced, and optimized internal policies to maintain responsiveness to demands.
• I ensure a smooth flow of communication and have designed a modern employee recognition program that has boosted productivity and improved morale.
• I have developed and implemented robust safety procedures and policies, through accident investigations and prevention, HSE training, This comprehensive approach aligns with my dedication to excellence, making significant contributions to Rahas projects and their commitment to a safe and efficient work environment as well as delivery of goals and tasks at hand.

• All the above I did the same with RAHA for trading and contracting company until date.
• Through teamwork, oversaw the operations within the fuel depot, including inventory management for fuel stations, coordinating with suppliers, and personnel management.
• For four years, together as a team at Total Uganda, implemented and enforced safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations all through.
