Summary of duties: To monitor and supervise the guest rooms, public areas and back of the house in a professional and eficient way .
Essential Duties: 1. Assigns room attendants their duties and inspect works to meet the standard of cleanliness. 2. Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and take corrective action. 3. Coordinate work activities among diferent departments. 4. Conducts orientation trainings and in-service trainings to explain policies and procedure. 5. Inventories stocks to ensure adequate supplies.
