•Responsible for the closure on Non Conformance Report (NCR) and Site Instruction from the Consultant.
•Coordinate with the Site Engineers for the propose corrective and preventive action to done at site.
As Qa/Qc Inspector:

* Inspection and acceptance of all Permanent Materials that has been delivered and on/ before installation and Securing all Material Approval and testing Certificate.
•Prepares daily updated reports on all permanent materials that has been delivered and installed.
•Monitoring/ Inspection on testing, sampling direct in the pre cast plant.
•Witness High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) final lining extrusion welding, pullout test and air test before installation.
