• Preparation of Quotations, Costing / Estimation Sheets, Submittals, Bids, Contracts and all necessary Documents including Drawings in order to finalized the deal.
• Gathering all required quotations and establishing deals with Suppliers & Vendors.
• Enlarging the company customer. Client base and attending all required meetings.
• Dealing with authorities and finalizing all the issues with them as per the company’s instructions.

As Electrical Engineer

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Supervise and train subordinate staff to complete daily assignments utilizing various resources as needed.
• Meet with managers and staff to monitor wiring and installation of controls.
• Determine the most expedient and economical method in order to comply with departmental policies and procedures utilizing traffic management and/or the bid process as needed.
• Recommend changes/improvements to procedures, policies and methods used by the operational staff to implement changes or new procedures for the department.
• Review and update electrical procedures to comply with current institutional/departmental policies and procedures utilizing various resources as necessary.
