I am currently working as Planning/Scheduling engineer in PMO department as project support to project management team. My main responsibility is the creation of schedule management plan for the development of Integrated Master Schedule (resource loaded) to be used as project performance measurement in project monitoring and control. MS Project Server 2010 platform is our scheduling tool which we utilized for administering Enterprise Project Management (EPM) application.
Creation of project management document such as work breakdown structure (WBS), manpower & equipment schedule, project master schedule, cash flow chart, progress measurement system for monitoring and control, project reports such as schedule variance analysis, planned value vs actual, s-curve using earned value analysis utilizing Primavera Project Management (P6) as our scheduling tool.

- Responsible for the development of project plans and schedule, budget and resource requirements, thereby providing functional and administrative requirements for the project.
