● Establishing and developing the fund project for KSAU-HS.

Duties:

● Deputizing in the absence of the management team.

● Developing policies to create and maximize performance.
● Organized educational presentations for national conference, hosting over 1, 500 attendees.
● Developed content for eLearning course presentations to be posted on college database and website.
● Point of contact for vendors regarding conference printing, classroom setup and proceedings.
● Managed team of over 90 paid instructors and volunteer presenters for virtual and classroom instruction.
● Facilitated deadlines within a master schedule to meet expectations of education department, as well as deadlines for marketing, promotion and course registrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Worked in a training role with institutes, handled the new student registration process, and diligently maintained all related records.
• Tasked with the responsibility of attending to queries and complaints by taking a realistic approach to address all such cases efficiently.
• Collaborated with other departments in the college for the development and comprehensive implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Managed travel and accommodation arrangements for international visitors, based on scheduled appointments / meetings at the college.
• Functioned as an integral part of the eLearning Team, handled all translations and business correspondence related activities.
• Handled accountability towards streamlining and executing end-to-end operations of the Dean’s office, with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Administered control over office expenditures and classroom logistics, and coordinated with accounts department for processing vendor invoices.
