Project: Al Mansoura 6 residential compound New Capital with
contract value 4 billion EGP which consist of four projects.
- Achievements:
* Keep the profit and make a saving in direct and indirect and
conserve a contingency, although the project time extended for more
than 12 months and scope increased without increasing project
revenue.
* Increase cost control awareness in the project between all the, so
that all the department not only cooperate to keep the profit, but also
get the highest quality and knowing the impact of the time extension.
- Key responsibilities:
* Issue the project budget baseline, including the required analysis and breakdowns for manager review.
*Assisted in interim payment plans, project total profit and underbilling items.
* Prepare the project cost plan and project cash flow.
* Prepare final cost status of all projects for top management review.
* Discussed variances and delays with the project director for action and propose needed corrective action.
*Forecasting for projects cost and revenue trends and propose needed corrective action to mitigate the delays and concluded risks.
*Support Tender team with lesson learned and item pricing.
Project: Al Mansoura 6 residential compound New Capital with contract value 4 Billion EGP which consist of four projects. *Supervise the team and provide technical leadership in creating and establishing cost processes and procedures and support to them in order to ensure accuracy and quality of work. * Issue the project budget baseline, including the required analysis and breakdowns for manager review. *Assisted in interim payment plans, project total profit and underbilling items. * Prepare the project cost plan and project cash flow. * Prepare final cost status of all projects for top management review. * Discussed variances and delays with the project manager for action and propose needed corrective action. *Forecasting for projects cost and revenue trends and propose needed corrective action to mitigate the delays and concluded risks. *Attended technical and contractual meetings as a key member of the project team and coordinate with other departments’ teams. *Review variation orders cost breakdown and prepare claims with contract team. *Support Tender team with lesson learned and item pricing.
Project: Al Mansoura 6 residential compound New Capital with contract value 1 Billion EGP. *Technical supports for mid-level and junior cost control engineer. *Revise reports prepared by junior cost control engineer. *Monitoring and controlling the projects by: -Generate projects monthly cost control reports. - Analyze cost and reporting problems or potential problems to the Cost Control team leader for action. - Monitors and evaluate man-hour performance, equipment, material and subcontractors on weekly and monthly basis and prepare the executive monthly Productivity report.
-Technical supports for junior cost control engineer.
-Responsible for more than project with work volume more
than EGP 500 million.
-Analyzing cost and revenue trends and reporting problems or
potential problems.
-Develop projects budget cost for construction.
-Analyzed project cost distributions to ensure accurate posting
to correct project and make necessary adjustments.
-Monitoring, reporting, and forecasting for projects cost and
revenue trends.
-Prepare and support the provision and analysis of any costs
related to claims.
Monitoring and controlling the projects by:
-Providing project manager with monthly cost report on detailed WBS, using earned value technique and calculate CPI that reflect cost progress status.
-Preparing project's budget cost with project manager.
-Calculating estimate at completion for project.
-Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports.

-Revises the offers to accommodate client’s comments
whenever required.
-Identify opportunity and risk during the tender process.
-Prepare the financial/technical offer.
