Job Duties
a. Assisting the project manager in all daily activities as required.
b. Supervising a subordinate team of technicians responsible for the maintenance works within the assigned projects.
c. Ensuring that the work of subcontractors is carried out in accordance with standards within the assigned projects in order to warrant safety, efficiency, and proper performance.
d. Developing and updating all relevant databases for the assigned projects.
e. Being familiar with the premises within the assigned projects including knowing the location and function of technical rooms. Have a working knowledge of the systems of the projects.
f. Carrying out routine spot checks to assigned projects to preserve operation standards and quality of work.
g. Monitoring the proper implementation of resulting corrective maintenance work.
h. Maintaining an updated list of work activities that are pending or in progress.
i. Following up on pending and progressing work in order to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
j. Filing and archiving of all relevant documents for the assigned projects.
k. Following up with suppliers on quotations and pricing for the assigned projects.
l. Scheduling of events and appointments for the assigned projects.
m. Carrying out other duties as required by the Management such as filing, data entry, etc...
a. Contract Administrator Engineer Duties:
• Preparing Claims for time & cost and disputed variation orders
• Detailed Analysis and full explanation of events which led to delays and disruptions
• Determination of Time and Cost Impact
• Determination of Disrupted Activities
• Allocating Liabilities for Delays and Disruptions
• Calculation of Financial losses
• Contractual Analysis for Disputed Variations & disrupted back charges
• Interim Determination
• Prepare cover letters and emails for deliverables (mainly claims)
• Planning Assistant
b. Preparing invoices and account statements
c. Document controller (logging for communication procedure and transmittals)
Job Duties
n. checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
o. ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
p. liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
q. providing technical advice and solving problems on site
r. preparing site reports as required
s. overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
t. supervising the installation of waste water and drinking water networks
Job Duties
a. Using computers and computer-aided design (CAD) technology for simulation purposes.
b. Using computer simulations to predict how structures will react under different conditions.
c. Using computer software for design procedure (Robot, Revit)
d. Making calculations about loads and stresses.
e. Administering contracts.
f. Roads design
g. Design of waste water and drinking water networks
a. Trouble shooting of structural problems and the tests performed to identify proper solutions
b. Treatments of cracks and water leaks in apartments and common areas
c. Scheduling works and following up with appointed contractors
d. Coordinating work between contractors, technicians and apartment residents
e. Attend daily meetings during which works is scheduled and decisions are made
