• Directly reported to HSSE Coordinator/Manager.
• Responsible for correct and in time reporting from all HSSE officers under his supervision.
• Be responsible and accountable for the proper supervision & performance of field Safety Officers
under his authority.
• Understand safety and health requirements of the contracts i.e., Schedule B, D, and this document as
well as the CSSP, HIP, GIs, CSM, including local laws and all other best practices SA follows.
• Visibly demonstrate the priority of safety in all activities, including setting a good personal example.
• Collecting, reviewing, correcting and provide evidence for all reports of HSSE officers which are not
limited to (NM, CA, PA, FAI, checklist & daily observations etc.).
• Providing, collecting back, and analysing all necessary checklists and other documents to HSSE
officers.
• Coordination with site construction supervision regarding on site HSE issues/concerns.
• Responsible for the closure of all sites related PSI points, HSSE findings/observations raised during
audit/inspections by HSSE Coordinator/Manager or client.
• Be responsible to provide all required data for weekly/monthly reports to HSSE Coordinator/Manager.
• Assist HSSE Coordinator/Manager in the preparation of JSA or other necessary reports, e.g.,
incident/accident
