1. Evaluate the quality of 2G & 3G mobile networks service of Tunisie Telecom from performance indicators from the network itself
2. Evaluate the quality of service of mobile networks 2G & 3G of Tunisie Telecom as perceived daily by end users : responsible for the implementation of the Customer Experience Management Project CEM
3. Participate in the development of new projects in collaboration with different departments

- Editing evaluation reports.
- Implementation of distance learning modules.
- Participation in the implementation of the technology watch in the center.
