• Develop and Drive Total Reward Strategy so that the company can attract, retain, and engage its employees.
• Carry out regular research and benchmarks on reward best practices and trends to ensure that is applying the best-in-class total policies that are in line with market practice.
• Monitor salary structure and benefits offers to ensure a balance between employee's experience, employment cost budgets and maintain internal equity ad relative ranking in partnership with Organization Effectiveness function (such as a job evaluation, grading, and leveling, etc.) to ensure these are operating effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive reward data to ensure that decisions are made in the light of the best possible information.
• Ensure the implementation of all staff salaries and expenses, and make the appropriate legislative earns with accuracy and timely manner providing any required advice and guidance on payroll matters and promotions to managers and staff.
• Monitor and direct the payroll activities and budget to ensure that the released payrolls are provided at the appropriate level consistent with the attainment of the company’s corporate objectives.
• Manage the employee’s system-related life cycle and ensure that systems are processing in accuracy, timely, and meeting data integrity requirements.
