•Plan, design, develop and execute web, SEO/SEM, email and social media campaigns according to the specific objectives of the company and market needs
• Design and build company’s social media presence through execution of well-placed strategies.
• Develop and oversee implementation of design layouts of communications including presentations and newsletter.
• Maintain and perform routine content updates to the website using the Backend.
• Develop and optimize landing pages
• Collaborate closely with web developer when required.
• Manage Google Analytic and Google webmaster.
• Assist marketing manager with the preparation of analytic reports on web, email marketing, paid search, social media and other online marketing initiatives
• Responsible for Social Media, Internet/web advertising
• Handle specific projects as assigned.

Marketing Assistant:
Develop and coordinate Trade Show & Seminar events, worldwide:
Hands on work involving the preparation of displays, equipment and marketing media: design, edit, proofread, print, package media and equipment, ship, track, travel to/from location, coordinate team & travel, assemble and put final touches. Coordinate daily event schedule.

Assists in the development of promotional strategies and product development.
Prepare event agenda, invitations, registration forms and payments/refunds tracking for customer events.
Develop media packs & giveaways for trade shows and conferences.
Serves as liaison between the company and advertising agencies, print suppliers, and other marketing services and doing art works myself.
Company newsletters; prepare press releases and event announcements.
Update company news & headlines in the corporate website.
Generate form letters for mass brochure mailings to prospective customers, including thank you letters & trade show passes.
Track prospective contacts, seminar attendees, event revenues & expense tracking.
Manage and track the expenses for each event. Ensure budget is managed properly.
Responsible for Media & Marketing Event Budgets.
Act as sales admin.: preparing the tender books, follow up after provide the offer.
Act as ISO 9001:2008 Auditor
Act as training specialist (i.e, responsible for the training plan for the company and its results )
Serve as liaison between Healthy-IT and IMC and itida for every outbuilding or affairs.
-Design posters, catalogue, business cards, hang-tag, sale-tag, bags, invitations, envelopes, letter head, booking note, notebook.
-Contact the printing houses & choosing the best material for those prints with high quality & good price for according to the company budget.
-Lead catalogue to end up.
-Act as liaison advertising agency, choosing models, making fitting, styling till the shooting day.
-Search for new lines expectation for the current & next season, supervising the models quality, accessories & making marketing survey with our customers.
