Ensure that all construction activities within the designated area are well planned,
Coordinated and can utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional
Managers in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and subcontractors.
Lead and ensure all work group are properly guided, in close cooperation with the
department Manager, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower,
equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and
productivity until the completion of the project/scope.
Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements,
construction codes, standards and procedures, client requirements and provides technical
advices to resolve problems.
Advises the Construction Manager in determining the need and procurement of tools and
materials to be delivered at specific times in order to conform to the workloads, plans, cost
and schedules.
Interact with engineering department with reporting the technical issues accrued during
execution at site and propose suitable solutions, discusses and review with construction
Manager the project Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to determine accurate statutes of the
project, making tackling decisions for allocating resources, or make contract amendment and
assigning staff/subcon/scope requirements, to maintain project on target.
Review reports from subcontractors and supervisors, and forward to line Manager,
engineering, contracts, cost control department, or planning for corrective actions if Project
becomes behind schedule or over the budget with monitoring the cash flow and review the
monthly invoices. Besides held the meeting for further discussion on weekly or biweekly
basis.
Ensure the weekly reporting of plans, QITP’s, photos, daily diaries and other progress to the
line manager/site manager via email and power point presentation and attending all
essential meetings with client or consortium.
Complies with the highest level of quality, health, safety and environmental standards during
all stages of project execution and pro-active with safety groups and subcontractors to
promote safe and hazardous free work within the designated area.
Ensure that all equipment, plant, machinery and vehicles on site have relevant certificates,
tests, services, inspections, etc. as required by client and legislation.

Civil Engineer
Al Azizyah Substation 380 KV # 9044 project.

Inspect and follow up all activities at site to meet PTC and general specs.
Prepare all official letters and documents which supporting the management and approved all
deliverables.
Attend all technical meeting or audit meeting and prepare progress reports for the same.

Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations;
 Developing detailed designs;

 Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on
civil engineering issues;
 Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects,
subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and
clients;
 Compiling, checking and approving reports;
 Using computer-aided design (CAD) packages and others related
programs for designing projects;
 Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations;
 Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is
completed on time and within budget;
