 Initiates, reviews, approves and maintains, as applicable, quality control procedures, inspection testing procedures and plans.

 Acts as liaison between the client, the engineering project team, construction team and the QC team for the establishing and coordination of inspection activities.


 Manages all quality control staff and activities ensuring work is completed in accordance with project specifications, to the required quality standards and within prescribed timeframes. Includes allocation and mobilization of resources and monitoring of usage.

 Provides input for the development of budget projections at the estimation stage.

 Monitors project usage against allocated budget to ensure activities are properly supported and to justify variations.

 Attends site meetings with client as the Company representative on all matters relating to quality control.

 Establishes a non-conformance system for identification, control and rectification of all non-conforming material and work.

 Establishes the system for collection indexing and filing of the QC records required for certification.

 Identifies development and training needs within the department and make recommendations for appropriate programs.

Ibn Hani Bay Resort Project; located 11 km north of the city of Lattakia in Syria and lies on 268, 000 m2 of prime seafront land on the Mediterranean Sea.
CCC’s scope includes two hotels, one prime luxurious hotel nestled in the curve of a rocky peninsula offering a stunning panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The other prestigious hotel will be allocated in the commercial area. In addition, there is a serviced apartments zone overlooking the public beaches, a marina, private beach and canal villas, five story multi-family residential buildings and waterfront berths.

Job Description:
