Classification and coding of materials according to the needs of each section.
Make the plans for the materials required by sales and ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging and packing to supply the .production section
Coordinate with warehouse and Procurement team to ensure the orders received from suppliers or production.
Make a quarterly plan to determine the need for materials and follow up the supply schedule in coordination with the
Procurement Section.
Determining stock levels for minimum, maximum, re-ordering point and determine the safety stock for each item.
Follow up on stock movement to come out with slow moving stock, stagnant stockand nearly expiry date. if any.
Manage, lead and support my team to achieve the required goals
Conduct assessments of the processes flow to discover any gaps and make the needed solutions
Coordinate with the Production Department and the Quality Department to complete the required procedures with regard to manufactured materials according to customers' requests and requirements
Plan warehouses for easy and quick implementation of warehouse tasks with the required quality
Supervise the team to ensure that customers' orders are ready for shipment in a timely manner
Review all incoming and outgoing material movements and determine the time period for each item as requested
