MEP project manager for FAST TRACK PROJECT-SCHOOL BUILDING
Plan, execute, manage, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget as per construction
guidelines.
Develop and implement Construction process to obtaining the best profit for the project budget.
Control the Material submittal, Approval, procurement, deliveries the project to ensure that they are in accordance with
specifications and the project planning program. Ensure materials purchased comply with the company’s cost criteria
and saving targets.
Mobilizes and manages relevant project resources and related issues in accordance with the project plan.
Direct and control all technical process at construction stages including shop drawings, Coordination, Method
Statements, Technical Transmittals assuring compliance with all approved policies & procedures.
Develop and maintain documentation and filing systems related to filling system ensuring compliance with company
policy & procedures.
Coordinate with subcontractors and implement measures to achieve continual improvements in terms of progress, quality
and delivery of project handing over.
Ensure timely responses to change issues and variations order development in liaison with the Commercial department,
and ensure proper supporting documentation from Contractor.
Analyze variation orders for schedule impacts with Planning section and Commercial department.
Ensure effective and efficient workflow with minimum resources. Place orders for all required materials and expedite
deliveries to meet deadlines.
Manage self and lead all the project team members such as QS, QA/QC, HSE, Stores, Construction Managers, Senior
Engineers Site Engineers, Technical Engineers, Procurement Engineer and Purchase Officers etc.
Well Knowledge and control for the Contract documents including the Contracts, Tender documents, IFC drawings,
Specifications, As-built Drawings, Testing and Commissioning, Handing Over and Close Out processes.
Reviewing and comparing the IFC documents with the tender documents, issuing the necessary RFI’s after reviewing the
design for any technical issues.
Develop the work program to complete the project within the project planning program implementing the MEP activities
and the clearances and handing over from the main contractor.
Establish and monitor all the necessary key performance indicators for critical MEP parameters and milestones on the
project.
Monitor the progress against schedule and quality requirements for the subcontractor.
Working closely with civil team, and manage the construction activities and interface with the contractors.
Perform inspection and prepare the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and inspection checklist.
Ensure that services provisions clearance is provided in time for construction.
Supervision of the contractors in the implementation of the work.
Reviewing inspection reports and attending the work inspection request as possible.
Handling and preparing minutes of contractors technical, coordination & progress meeting.
Monitor MEP Subcontractors Performance & Report to Project Manger.
Resolve technical and coordination issues between MEP & other services.
Participate in review of MEP subcontractors payments and ensure the progress valuation prior invoicing.
Responsible for caring out cost studies for the variation, provisional sum and prim cost items.
Direct person in charge to handle the governmental authorities approvals and all necessarily NOCs.
reviewing & Studying all drawing and follow up with the consultant for approvals and coordinate with other construction
elements.
The role includes the management of the MEP team to ensure that the day to day duties are performed professionally
and expeditiously to support the ongoing progress of the project.

Monitor site engineers performance and provide support, recommendations as appropriate.

compliance with all safety codes.
Supervise construction works contracts including quantity measurement, quality, variation and payments.
Liaise with Site Engineers and ensure compliance of construction works with the requirements of the contract packages,
specifications and drawings.
Prepare the Electrical Engineering shop drawings, Installation details, Load schedule to meet with the design and the
authority requirement.
Review contractor’s mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and electrical engineers to ensure
engineering co-ordination and advise the Project Director accordingly.

appointment for subcontractors related to the different Electrical systems including ELV, LV, and security system.
Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts and daily reports, weekly and monthly reports.
