ICLA Training and Capacity development Officer في NRC

Contribute to ICLA quality programming, by coordinating ICLA capacity development processes
and training activities.
Support in the identification of training needs for ICLA staff and implementing partners and
provide advice on training methodologies.
In coordination with the Partnership Technical Officer, ensure timely implementation and follow
up of Capacity Building Plans of Implementing Partners.
Design internal and external training material tailored for each activity.
Contribute to donor reporting on ICLA internal and external training activities.
Support the Specialist in overseeing the quality of the trainings delivered, including by ensuring
relevant databases/tracking tools are up-to-date.
Coordinate the provision of ToT for ICLA staff in charge of delivering internal and external
trainings.
Contribute to designing and delivering the trainings on ICLA related topics for NRC staff of other CC.
