Provides on-site desktop and other technical support to users in research labs and academic administration, including support solutions customized for needs of particular research or administrative working groups.
• Performs basic installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on hardware, software, computer peripherals and computer-aided scientific research equipment.
• Incident (Break/Fix) Support - Reactive, level 1 break/fix desktop and laptop, level 2 technical support services provided at Client's facility.
• Staging Services
a) Device, imaging, and preparation for deployment. b) Evaluate returned/Decommissioned systems for potential repair, reuse, or recycling and execute approved procedures.
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization of all basic and extreme level soft wares and patches.
Supporting clinical staff, and on occasion the patients, on the new technology that exist in the Pavilion.
• Floating throughout the assigned unit to provide direct and efficient support.
