1. Responsible for the supplying product with the quality that satisfies the customer needs.
2. Check the parameters of the machines according to the catalogues which have effect on the products.
3. Following up the ISO standard to apply the tests and inspections for the product.
4. Inspect the raw material before the production to ensure smooth production without down time for the machines or affecting quality for product.
5. Receive the customer complain and solve the issues.
6. Make product samples for the sales department according to the standard to help in getting orders.
7. Making PFMEA & Quality control plan to make control on the production.
8. Reporting for the CEO of the factory through daily report.
9. Making tests on the product to ensure it complies with the requirements of the standard
10. Helping the store department during inventory count down by classifying and identification for the products.
1. Responsible for the supplying product to general motors to be compatible with the American standard.
2. Check the parameters of the machines which have effect on the products
3. Responsible for the helping factory departments during ISO audit in the factory
4. Responsible for replying to the customers complains from G.M
5. Responsible for laser scan programs to make 3D scan for the product and compare with the CAD files to check the critical points before manufacturing inspection jugs and production assembly fixtures. .
6. Check the welding process (Spot, CO2) during production.
7. Team member in making PPAP for the different products to take approve to manufacture.
8. Team member during making PFMEA & Control plans for the different products.
9. Responsible for quality of the spot welding & hemming robot department.

2. Making job element sheet and process flow chart for the different products.
3. Changing layout for the department which increase efficiency by 20% due to saving wasted time in material transportation and workers ergonomic movement.
4. Able to decrease scrap percentage to 3 % monthly.
5. Training worker and increase their awareness for importance of quality and safety.
6. Increasing production rate by increasing the skills and modifying the layout for workstation.
7. Decrease the material consumption in order to reduce cost and increase the profit.
