Utilize and maximize usage of the company Fleet and Equipment
(More than 200 Units in Operation with a value of approx. 225
million EGP) through planned and allocated units with 400
Drivers to various departments in good Working conditions. With
applying these KPI
Fleet and workshop Cost control.
90% units’ utilization.
Workshops productivity.
Down time repair.
Pending control in range of 5 to 8% in workshop.
Quality control.
Monitoring Return on Cost (ROC not less than 5%).
Through the following: -
- Follow on the legal issues such as insurance, registration, for
all units etc.
- Advise and assist in selection of units as and where required
for Different projects.
- Ensure the proper usage of these units by competent
operators.
- Plan and manage the flow of units between the sites in a smooth manner.
Prepare long and/or short-term plan for the units required.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance to all units.
- Planning and monitoring of timely repairs of units received at
central workshops.
- Stock control of spare parts for different units.
- Monitor the performance of operating units.
- Monitoring and control of repair costs of operating units.
- Keep accurate logs for each unit status and condition.
Manage and coordinate to transfer 10, 000 employees using 1050
trips 24/7.
Responsible for creating procedures to fleet & workshop.
Fleet and workshop Budget in 2023 is 160, 000, 000 EGP.

• Responsible to remove 70, 000 ton production waste and transfer to storing area.
• Responsible to rent 6w Trucks to working behind the harvester in the season.
• Coordinate drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of 40 private cars belonging to the Canal Sugar Company (Toyota fortuner- Duster - kIA - Elentra - Cadillac).
• Responsible for operating 44 double cabins Vehicles.
• Responsible for operating 20 Buses.
• Responsible to rent 30 vehicles for Agricultural Engineers.
• Establish funding requirements for logistics sector. Work closely with Finance Manager to prepare logistics and program support budget.
• Follow up the movement of the logistic equipment inside the farm & factory.
• Responsible for seeds movement from warehouse to the Farmers.
• Responsible to movement harvesting and planter equipment to the farmers.
• Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities; recommends and implements resulting policies and procedures.
• Identifies opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures; identify resources needs and reviews with appropriate management staff; implement improvements.
• Directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned staff; assign work activities and projects; monitor workflow; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures, meet with staff to identify, and resolve problems.
• Establishing the cycle process of shipping the product from the moment the vehicles enter for loading and exit, and the product is delivered to the customer over the SAP System.
• Review and revise the Daily logistics Summary sheet with SAP application. Follow up with customers that all the shipments received in the agreement date.
• Ensure that targets are achieved (Deliveries /lead time / cost saving)
• Handle the inbound Logistics with full cycle from freight, insurance and ensure meeting the delivery plans as per SOPs
