• Dispatch and release shipments orders and bill of ladings;
• Equipment’s movement and fleet service and align and coordinate trucks movement with security team especially at entrance and exit gates;
• Align and coordinate with warehouse team the loading and dispatching orders truck by truck;
• Monitor transportation contractors and coordinate to achieve daily loading plans;
• Resolve Customers’ issues;
• Plans and schedules appropriate modes of transportation based on daily needs as communicated by the sales department;
• Monitor of sugar aging process with customers;
• Resolve any sugar aging issue with customers in coordination with Sales Department;
• Follow up on bill of ladings related to deliveries to customers’ and reporting to the Sales Department;
• Monitor logistics warehouse stocks to ensure sufficient quantity of finished goods for dispatch;
• Make necessary reports of dispatched orders and bill of ladings to be compared with sales orders;
• Update the DLSS file and send it to all concerned teams on a daily basis;

• Prepare all necessary reports related to production waste;

• Plan and supervise mechanics and drivers schedule planning and allocation to factory equipment and agriculture equipment as well as make assigned reports about fuel consumption.
