Worked the follow up of up of two projects: “Princess Noura Riyadh KSA) (PNU, Riyadh KSA) and KEMAPCO Plant, Jordan. The tasks included coordination of works between Site Team and Head Office Support to
ensure a timely response to the site team queries namely on technical submittals (Material submittals, shop drawings, etc.), preparation of progress reports, coordination between Head Office and Contractor. Evaluated and responded to Contractual Claims. Attended meetings with the Contractor.
Worked in planning and scheduling of two projects using Primavera Project Management: Tripoli Port Expansion, Lebanon and Expansion of Evaporation Ponds, KEMAPCO Plant, Jordan. Weekly site visits were being done on the Tripoli project in addition to weekly progress meetings with the Contractor.
Worked on the preparation of the proposal for the New Sana’a International Airport Project.
Worked on the preparation of the tender documents for the Operation and Maintenance of the PNU Hospital and the
tender evaluation. Bids were received from 5 different bidders and evaluated according to the requirements.
