•Provide Management Reports, Follow up on site execution, Engineering consultancy and reviews on materials, site inspections and test and commissioning.
•Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives. Attend executive meetings and submit dashboard reports
•Review all kind of deliverables at each project phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution & Close out).
•Lead the design/shop drawings management review for all projects trades and systems & services providers.
•Coordination and Interfacing between various subcontractors, entities, and stakeholders.
•Follow on all infrastructure utilities related to Project to ensure liaison with all services systems/ integration (Fire systems, HVAC, Plumbing networks, storm, MV, LV, Server, UPS, Security, Switch gear rooms, Electrical & Mechanical Rooms, and other related networks…)
