Current Role Summary:
Head of Human Capital, will be aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Also, this position has an ultimate responsibility for all people based activity within Wataniya from both an operational and strategic perspective. Moreover, Head of Human capital would maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. This position is a leader of the organization’s training and development plans as well as manpower planning and utilizing. He / She would manage employees’ performance to ensure business growth and sustainability. Head of human capital ensures providing adequate compensation, training programs and competitive benefits packages, as well as, providing better services to all employees in fair and timely manners.
Main Responsibilities are:
1. Participate in developing, reviewing, and implementing organization strategies.
2. Initiate and implement department’s annual operation plan, and KPIs to ensure business continuity and achieve department’s target and company’s strategic objectives.
3. Manage & analyze manpower requirements and ensure keeping the company staffed appropriately at all times by having the right people in the right place; this would include employees’ recruitment, selection, and retention.
4. Oversee Payroll related functions, and manage compensation and benefit system, as well as, monitoring all related Human Capital & government systems.
5. Lead job descriptions development, job structures projects, and job evaluation process.
6. Develop and implement an appropriate Human Capital policies and standards to ensure effective, fair, and equitable management of staff throughout the organization.
7. Monitor, measure, and report on Human Capital issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
8. Lead the annual training and development plan and budget and ensure that all individual training plans are followed to enhance employees’ performance and moral.
9. Manage all matters related governmental offices, and ensure employees’ legal status is in line with the government laws and regulations.
10. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
11. Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management by developing and maintaining a performance management system.
12. Lead the succession planning for key talents and key job positions to ensure smooth business continuity.
13. Ensure cultural balance and stability to offer a better working environment and increase loyalty by leading & monitoring Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Surveys,
14. Develop, implement, and promote the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), culture, and Public Relations (PR) plans for, and within the company.
HR Strategic role with OD tasks
Participate in developing, reviewing, and implementing Tusdeer’s strategy.

3. Create and implement a talent management infrastructure of framework, and strategies which includes
Workforce Planning, Career Paths, and Succession Planning in coordination with department heads.

5. Develop and lead job descriptions and job structures project, and job evaluation process.
6. Develop and implement an appropriate human resource policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and
equitable management of staff throughout the organization.

agreed formats and timescales.
8. Develop HR programs that enhance employee’s performance and morale.

10. Ensure employees’ legal status are in line with the government laws and regulations.
11. Manage all organizing matters related to governmental offices (immigrations, labour office, etc).
12. Develop and maintain a performance management system.
13. Lead & Monitor Employee Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Market Awareness Surveys.
14. Develop, implement, and promote the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), culture, and Public Relations
(PR) plans for, and within the company.
15. Manage all administration related matters such as company cars, office stationary, etc..
16. Monitor Security operations for Tusdeer and ensure the implementation of security policy and regulation, and
that the environment is safe for employees and visitors.
