1. Identify qualified prospects and specify own products or offer the best possible quote as an alternative to the specified 2. Lead, train and empower the team to reach assigned targets and monitor their relationships and aging reports to minimize/ eliminate old/bad debts 3. Follow up/ enforcing on qualified prospects as identified and registered it in CRM 4. Actively cross-sell firm products (All other divisions' supplies). 5. Actively monitor the market and tier competition to support the market intelligence report with the most possible information's. 6. Assisting direct manager in terms of generating the required reports to support decision making. 7. Provide expertise to assigned area of responsibility (Consultants, Manufacturers, and Agent).
