2- Providing Meet and Assist service for VIP - CIP passengers through their airport procedures : check-in - baggage claiming - transfer
3- Assisting unaccompanied minors through their travel procedures
1- receiving calls and inquiries from customers regarding their post-pay lines
2- assisting customers with issues related to their bill - usage and other information
3- coordinate with back office and other departments with escalations and when more detailed information required
