Setup the location layout, Mobilization, Rig up and Rig down equipments and pipes network.
Operating and maintaining well testing equipment, including flow meters, pressure gauges, and other specialized instruments.
Collecting and analyzing data on oil, water and gas and well parameters through Data Acquisition System.
Monitoring continuously well performance and operations and identifying issues or abnormalities that may affect
production.
Ensuring that all well testing operations are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with well testing equipment.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers in the construction sector in
Egypt.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders like (Orascom, Arab Contractors, HA holding,
ASGC, etc....)
Negotiating contracts, pricing and payment plans with customers.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and all parties adhering to the assigned timelines.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities in new cities, industrial complexes and extensions beside National Mega Projects.
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the construction industry and competitive landscape.
Planning and organizing the production schedule to ensure efficient and smooth operation of all factory activities.
Managing and supervising factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures to ensure that the finished product meets the
required quality standards ensuring a hygienic environment
Monitoring production output and adjusting production schedules as needed to meet customer demand.
Managing and maintaining inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of vegetables, raw materials and packaging materials.
Maintaining equipment and machinery and ensuring that they are in good working condition.
Developing and managing budgets, including identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
Setting goals and targets regarding selling, money collection, customer base.
Actively using and stick to the CRM.
Submitting Operational Manual for all factory activities during this transition period and setting action plan for the next
upcoming year.
Leading and managing sales team providing training and support to achieving sales plans and targets.
Providing regular periodic reports and updates to senior management on market updates and trends.
Introducing solar energy solutions scheme in Egypt to many sectors and clients to maintain a good relationships with key
customers.
Partnering with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) to offer a competitive solutions for big factories and farms through
Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).
Negotiating the technical and financial offers and contracts with middle and high level management.
Collaborating with Solar Energy key stakeholders (governmental entities, accelerators, financial institutions, international
funding programs and consultants) to stimulate the business environment and investment in Renewables.
Participating in workshops and programs for localization of solar components manufacturing like “SHIP project” and “Tanmia W Tatweer” with Ministry of Trade and Industry-Egypt UNIDO, gef, INSTITUT FÜR SOLARTECHNIK, ECO-FEI, IMC
Egypt, ENCPC, etc...
Attending related Trade Shows and Exhibitions to promote our solutions and services.
Managing business development team to spread the solar energy culture among different communities.
Attending intensive workshops with diverse stakeholders discussing how to develop solar industry in Egypt.
Participating in facilitation programs “Unlocking the Solar/PV pumping sector”, “Market Assessment, Analytics and
Segmentation for Solar Energy”, etc... with different stakeholders \[IFC, EBRD, UNIDO, CleanTech Arabia Chemonics, etc...\]
Managed the installation team to install and commission solar inverters with Power Electronics for 256 MW, plots of Alcazar Energy in Benban Solar Park.
Collaborating with other relevant project managers and stakeholders to ensure work completion safely, on time and within budget.
Providing regular reports to the main contractor to follow up.
Conducting technical training and experience sharing and know-how transfer with the help of Power Electronics team.

Collaborating with product development teams to provide customer feedback and input on product development.
Managing and prioritizing a sales pipeline and meeting sales targets.
