Project: Qatar Foundation Tram, Education City.
• Develop, maintain and implement the Quality Assurance program for Qatar foundation tram project.
• Audit and review the implementation of Contractors Quality Assurance Programs.
• Identify and report quality issues or trends in the assigned area or work based on data from a variety of sources.
• Recommend and verify implementation of appropriate corrective action for quality issues, in coordination with program management, engineering, and construction management.
• Review from a quality perspective and approve documents prepared by internal or external organizations, such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures.
• Evaluates the qualifications of Contractors and its staff with regard to the activities assigned
• Provide support to management for interface on quality activities with internal or external organizations (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others).
• Perform advanced statistical process control.
• Provide technical guidance, quality training and workshops to project team members.
Project: Seawater Cooling Pipeline Network.(EPC contract)
• Develop the project quality plan including the specific project quality procedures, measurements and testing requirements.
• Develop the project inspection test plans (ITPs) and managing the inspections for the construction activities such as Earthworks, GRP pipe installation, valve stations, pipeline hydrostatic testing.
• Lead a pre-inspection meeting with project staff for critical activities to explain the activities sequences and inspections & measuring requirements.
• Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
• Supervise a multi-discipline team of QC Engineers/ Inspectors on site including a site civil materials testing laboratory.
• Develop & conduct the monthly presentation for Qa/Qc activities in monthly meeting with client.
• Follow-up the delivery of materials and verify conformance with the contract quality requirements.
• Develop a preservation plan for material receiving handling and storage.

• Evaluation of new suppliers and assessment against the supplier selection criteria.
• Evaluation of suppliers' performance and ranking their performance against quality requirements
Project: Construction of Dubai LNG Import Terminal
• Manage the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
• Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records..
• Support the construction roles in the management and control of contractors.
• Support and participate to all the internal/external audits.
• Coordinate the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.
• Supervise the correct equipment calibration management activities
Qatalum Project Jetty and Seawater Intake.
• Ensure that audits, surveillances, inspections and tests are planned, conducted and documented to verify conformance to a Quality Assurance plan process for the design & construction activities of the project
• Provide reports that furnish evidence of the quality of items and/or activities affecting quality
• Complete all the QA activities related to the examining, questioning, evaluating, and reporting
• Conduct internal audits and external for subcontractors.
• Identifying and following up on corrective action items; and closing out audit findings
• Oversee construction activities and promote quality culture between construction team members.
• Provide daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly QA progress reports
• Assist with Lean Construction activities
• Develop & conduct the monthly presentation for Qa/Qc activities in monthly meeting with client.
• Manage the inspections for different construction activities.
Marine Civil Works for LNG Berth no. 5, QGII LNG Onshore Facilities.
• Follow-up all site work performed and Inspection of the permanent works including delivered materials in order to verify conformance with the contract quality requirements.
• Ensure the documentation generated by the inspections, tests and survey meets the requirements of the inspection test plan.
• Preparing and issuing daily, weekly and monthly reports for all Inspection activities at site.
• Analysis for concrete compressive strength results and issuing control charts.
• Implement and maintain quality management system as per ISO9001.
• Establish and maintain overall control of documents relating to QMS.
• Conduct Internal & External Auditing for Subcontractors.
