I worked with them in Basra Iraq in north Rumaila From 25th April 2017 up to 01stApril 2018 as site security manager contracted with China Petroleum Engineering Construction Company
Providing a security teams and static Guards at the accommodation and the work sites
I was manage the all security related tasks,
Role Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Create reports for management on security status
• Command and control of the day to day management of the teams as directed by the Project Manager.
• Conduct regular security and Health and Safety surveys to ensure that contracted manning and deliverable are being adhered to.
• Ensure that BABEL Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed at all times.
• Conduct training and briefing of new personnel as directed by the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager to monitor and implement project SOPs for the Project.
• Provide the Project Manager with support as needed in all operational areas.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Create and execute mission work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements using his management team.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions to the Project Manager.
• Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor all personnel through normal channels as directed by the Project Manager.
• Ensure all incidents and accident reports are completed as per SOPs, and ensure this is done to a high standard within set timelines
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Provide 24hrs physical security PSD Teams for the VIP Clients and the rest of the staff, strategic planning, oversight, security advisory and Co-ordination of high profile super giant multi-site oil & gas infrastructure project to my client CPECC-large international oil company operating in a complex, ambiguous and changing environment working closely with the EMEA Senior Management teams for the Clients.

I worked with them since 2013 as security operation Manager in Iraq Basra West Qurna 2 Project.
• Provide 24hr physical security PSD Teams for the VIP Clients and the rest of the staff, strategic planning, oversight, security advisory and Co-ordination of high profile supergiant multi-site oil & gas infrastructure project to my client Lukoil-large international oil company operating in a complex, ambiguous and changing environment working closely with the EMEA Senior Management teams for the Clients.
• Established project from start-up including designing, writing and implementing security policy, standard operating procedures and security plans in line with contract agreement and client requirements.
• Manage, mentor and motivate a large group of 50+ security professionals in varying positions including Multi-national interpreters.
• Provide the clients with updated daily reports, intelligence reports, security risk assessments, and a 24hr managed incident and security operations centre which received an award for service.
• Provided security consultancy and advisory services to oil & gas seismic survey vessels and cargo vessels transiting through the IRTC, Gulf of Aden and internationally.
In 2015 Feb. I got transfer from WQ2 Project to Samsung Zubair project due the completion of the project I worked in the new project as security assistant manager until 2016 Oct than I resign due the security situations in Iraq.

I worked with them in Iraq Basra since 2013 as 2IC second command
• Manage my team 10 local national staff to conducting manned armed guarding, facilities management, close protection, life support and journey management for Clients.
• Responsible for all budget & salary administration, recruiting, medical training, vehicle fleet management, fuel purchase, stores management, procurement and accountability.
• Stakeholder management with local Iraqi army, Iraqi police & local sheik council.

I worked with them since 2012 in Iraq Basra North Rumailla as Documentation and then I got transferred to EMC ( Egyptian Maintenance Company ) our clients I work there as camp boss and assistant manager at the same time until 2013.
I worked as interpreter with the us military army in Iraq Baghdad (Green Zone)
And in (Taji Base) and (Ramadi Base) with US Military Marine’s unit since 2009. Until the US army left the country in 2011.
