Is responsible for manage IT Department (Applications and development, operations, Infrastructure (Systems & Network), Data management & storage, Web site & portal, Security, resource planning, forecasting requirements, performance, Support, Audit, mail, and more, SBM is the biggest partner in Saudi Arabia for IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, SAP, Oracle, Lenovo, and a lot of Security, Communication, Application companies.
•Overall IT Management
Manage information technology and computer systems.
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
Manage IT staf by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost efectiveness.
Set objectives and strategies for the IT department.
Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staf within the organization.
Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers.
Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
Direct and organize IT-related projects.
Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.

Manages the Implementation & Support Teams at STC.
Ensures Technical & Business Goals are achieved upon the Implementation of Projects at major Telco Companies & other companies.
Manages the consultancy & support section & sets Training scheduling.
Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to all associates.
Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for team.

Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide an eficient interface with all marketing and technical departments.
Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
