Duties:
Using the SMACNA, MTC, UL & ISO9001-2008 and other Standards Requirements.
Site visit to discuss with customers and consultant.
Monthly Internal Audit.
Quarterly External Audit by ISO.
Calibration & analysis.
Development the quality for different products
Reducing cost for repairing products
Solving problems in production and engineering department after investigation.
The Quality manual book is totally controlled and number of copies and distributed to all departments in the company.
Inspect the products by the inspector’s team.
Monitor all quality related activities on the project
Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.
Specified the requirements of quality by the contractor to submit to clients.
Attend client quality management meetings.
Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
Monitoring the Issued of non-conformity and corrected by issued the Corrective Action reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Action and close all customer complaints
Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC manager

Maintain and implement construction performa for each project, negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs, meet subcontractors and suppliers on site as necessary, maintain insurance policies, establish new connections with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best quality for the best value of money and develop plans for the effective organization.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & recommending solutions.
Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies
Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances
Leads Finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops (Bahrain 2010, Qatar 2011); reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
