Working on my Vodafone app for Germany
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries
related to the product.
Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the agile software
development team.
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
Should be able to identify user needs, help a customer understand a business value and work with cross
functional teams to manage product releases.

Take the lead and work closely with the scrum teams as the Product Owner throughout the
development process to meet software expectations
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the
project and creating requirements to a strong end product
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Analyse client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis,
interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional
specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model
diagrams
• Helps design, document and maintain business and system processes.
