Leading a team of supervisors, foremen and technicians.

Responsible for planning preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for the LPG central systems of factories, residential buildings, hotels and restaurants.
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Responsible for Filling LPG (supplying and delivering).
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and construction colleagues.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

o Responsible for authorizing maintenance projects, supervising employee tasks, monitoring staff performance, and enforcing safety rules and regulations.
o Generate and administer annual operating budget and prevent going over budget to allow business to continue to be sustainable and profitable.
o Responsible for coordination with local authorities such as Civil Defense & ADNOC and getting the required NOCs.
o Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Gas systems (LPG, SNG & NG) of all the projects (Industrial, Commercial & Residential) across all UAE.
o Managing the maintenance teams and the maintenance techniques such as planning preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance (CM) predictive maintenance (PDM).
o Responsible for the emergencies and working out on the minimization of the emergency response time (ERT).
o Responsible for LPG lifting from the government authorities and distribute it across all UAE, and responsible to manage the LPG fleet and obtain all the required NOCs and governmental permits.
o Effectively manage staff, allocate tasks, arrange for necessary materials & tools, and surpass company production goals.
o Generate daily, weekly, monthly & annually reports and recommended corrective measures to improve production to assist CEO in making decisions.
o Utilize performance data to assess operations and made adjustments in staffing to increase production to meet current demands from clients.
o Upgrade company's technological systems to improve processes and efficiency.
o With input from staff, implemented changes to modernize and simplify procedures to increase profitability and increase customer satisfaction.
o Provide training and mentoring to high-performing team and coaching to individuals when necessary and conducted performance reviews.
o Design and implement filing systems for invoices, orders, and contracts to increase efficiency of record keeping.
o Improve operations and traceability of data by designing more efficient systems to retrieve financial and sales records.
o Responsible for recruitment, hiring, and training of employees for company projects, customer relations and customer service.

Project Engineer in the projects of natural gas distribution for underground networks and Buildings installations (Midstream and downstream) to different concession areas (Cairo, Alexandria, Fayyoum and Behara). The head of a site consists of 120 employees including supervisors, foremen, technicians, and quantity surveyors, responsible for allocating them among different projects and reporting to project manager. Responsible for a good study of any project contract and prepare all the needed resources that ensure the owners deliverables on schedule. Responsible for planning to identify and ensure procurement of all the needed fittings, equipments, materials, PPE and human resources needed, through coordination with other departments such as warehouses, suppliers and H.R, putting depreciation, overheads and indirect costs in consideration. Analyze weekly site reports and prepare weekly and monthly reports about the progress of each activity. Monitor the activities progress and adjust it with the project baselines. Responsible for the discussion with the project manager and internal decision makers about the quarterly target and classifying it into different projects and planning for the implementation of each project including all project phases.
-Attended a gas compressors operation training course in “oil and gas skills center” of the Egyptian ministry of petroleum including selection, troubleshooting and maintenance of gas compressors. (November 2013) -Attended a pumps operation training course in “oil and gas skills center” of the Egyptian ministry of petroleum including selection, troubleshooting and maintenance of pumps. (November 2013) -Certified with grade (A) as a user of “primavera 6.7” according to the attendance of 54 hours and successfully passing the training course and exam of P6 from the Arab academy for science and technology. (May 2013) -Undertook research as part of graduation thesis in “Economic Feasibility of Residential Photovoltaic Installation”, has been investigated through a set of economics measures (Net Present Cost, Payback period, Internal rate of return, Levelised cost of energy), with a grade “EXCELLENT”. -Awarded an American Diploma from Pioneers Language School in 2005 with a percentage score 98%.
