o Coordinate Inter-divisions collaboration for assigned accounts
o Handle all tenders during several phases (preparation, proceeding, submission) for different sectors
o Follow up with concerned committees to secure items of main focus
o Maximize the company’s share in all submitted tenders by utilizing strong customer relations within assigned accounts.
-Maximize area and team performance through effective recruitment and talent development, motivating, training and coaching.
- Coordinate Inter-divisions Collaboration within the area.
- Responsible for the development and execution of competitive sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the marketing expenses within the area.
- Collect and analyze sales data for the area in order to better understand how to maximize sales.
- Conduct double visits with the area sales team and get in touch with the area key customers.
- Set and forecast the yearly targets and quotas for the company within the area.
- Handling all tenders during several phases (preparation, proceeding, submission) and coordinating with the tenders departments in all the accounts within the area.
- Provide special support to the turnkey projects team in the Eastern Zone area based on the previous experience.
Managing turnkey projects including Integrated Digital Operating Rooms “OR1”, ICU, CSSD and ER projects in the Eastern Zone of KSA on both sales and installation aspects.
Responsible for the Sales of Digital Operating Rooms in the Eastern Zone of Saudi Arabia
Handling da Vinci Robotics Surgical System sales, clinical and technical support
Customer Technical Support, first point of contact with customers; to conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshooting of the voice over IP problems, major customer served: ExxonMobil, SITA, Sprint, Merril Lynch, Hewlett Packard, JTI, Tech-Team, Coca Cola and others.
