Working at Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MOICT) at National Broadband Network (NBN) department, our main responsibilities Maintenance and installation new entities in the fiber optic networks in the Outside Plant (OSP) to connect schools, government and health center which covered the cities of Irbid, Amman, Mafraq, and Aqaba in Jordan, which is considered as the backbone of E-Government.
Monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing the logical network infrastructure and hardware components, are the main responsibilities in order to identify the issues accurately.
Main Duties:
1-Provide the technical support for customers who has problem with WiMAX modems, outdoor unit, USB, and SMTP problems.
2- configure CPEs customer and IP camera to connect to Mada WiMAX Network.
3- Participate with other teams to solve issues that needs to be traced by different teams.
4- Coordinate with the Sales/Sales Operation teams in customer satisfaction related issues.
5- on field problems testing and customer's visit if needed.
