Job Description:  • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines •  Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes,  and other regulations • Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods • Develop and implement quality control programs • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to company and Municipality Safety policies and procedures • Accountable for Construction drawings,  Temporary Work drawings,  Method Statements,  Inspection,  Risk Assessment • Coordinating with the several trade contractors on a daily basis in order to sort out all site related issues • Placing the roles and responsibility to the staff members based on the project requirements • Updating the site team on the cost,  time and site implication of changes made during the course of construction • Ensuring that Method Statements,  Risk Assessments,  Inspection Test plans are in place • Ensuring that all variations / changes to design information are highlighted to the commercial department • Chairing regular site progress meeting and preparing progress report.  • Lead and managed several skilled and experienced site execution staff.  • Certifying monthly payment application according to the job completed by the contractor

 Job Description: • Monitoring progress of the work to meet client requirements • Liaising with municipality engineers for checking the lay out and reinforcement • Preparing logistics for concreting


Deployment of labor and resources based on priority of work • Detailing of rebar shop drawings & getting it approved by the consultant & placing the call off orders • Preparing report on daily basis and reporting to the Construction Manager • Responsible for the management,  development and planning of the construction works on site.  • Organized the construction site (logistics,  materials,  and people).  • Lead weekly site meetings with major subcontractors.  • Maintaining continuous site inspection to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans,  Quality Assurance/Quality control,  specifications,  and construction and safety standards.  • Preparing and submitting all necessary drawings,  documents for Authorities approval and getting required NOC’s

Scaffolding design for many huge projects for all structural items   • Calculations report for the designed projects  • Site Inspection for the scaffolding layout and issuing clearance report to proceed for the concrete

Reporting to the project manager  • All laboratory tests for the backfilling materials of the road (sub base,  road base,  asphalt). • Rebar and shutter inspection for the channels crossed by the road
