Position: Senior Project Manager
• Project briefing: Princess Nora Abdulrahman University is the largest female University City and most sophisticated campus. ( 8msq )
• The size of the project 1100MSQ with unique systems on site, covering iconic buildings and sophisticated systems.
• This includes 400 housing villas, 1036 housing flats, Students Single Housing 22 Bldgs.(6308 master room), 3 recreation Centres, Central Library with unique ASRS system, Conference centre with unique rigging system and other areas requiring high alert and are under high exposure.
• Over 1275 multinational employees to control, covering different technical, administrative &housekeeping areas.
Coordinates the new constructed projects(Group H.O building, new staff-
House, building new branches).
The detailed schedule of the project phases and dependencies Including
at least preliminary engineering, property review and acquisition, detailed
design, material procurement, installation, test and turn-up, site and
System acceptance.
Maintenance work orders scheduled department wise labors/technicians.
Request for quotations, quotation analysis and work orders
Budgets, Forecasts and analysis.
Resource scheduling, spare parts and calendar functions.
Inventory tracking, costs, reorder quantities, warehousing
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF ROYAL PALACE
Main responsibilities included the following:
Direct contact with clients, Ability to develop and maintain client relations.
Manpower controls
Manning levels, time sheets, overtime control,
Dispute Management.
Financial controls
Budgets, Purchase Requisitions, Stock levels.
Technical Overview of Project Services, Oversee a Multi National, Multi Skilled Workforce in all Hard and Soft Services .
Including local Security guarding Contacts.
Manage the proper use and Maintenance of
Equipments and resources.
Plans and develops revisions of enhancements
Troubleshoot problems.
Reports directly to O&M Manager and
Regional Manager.
Position: Execution OF Large Housing Projects.
Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and Monitor the Electrical construction Work.
Review Design packages and prepare scope pf work.
Prepare estimate/material take off/technical specs for the
Project material requirements.
Position: Electricity of Lebanon ( rehabitation of electrical transmission Lines).

Responsibilities:
Review of design, specification, and general substation line engineering line.
Supervise the construction of project & check supplied materials, works of contractors relevant to adherence to company standards.
List down all the deficiencies & approve rectification on reported deficiencie
