Under takes the Tourist visa activities for official submission and collection when complete of applications and approvals relating to companies and follow up with immigration to ensure that they have been completed correctly and are accompanied by the required documentation - assist with the process of official doc.- secretary work (mailing -filing -translation - faxes ….etc ) - room booking using the Opera program - Good communication with the guest ( As Public Relation ) .
