- Preparing and bringing flight plan to captain, inspecting the different ramp operations and maintaining applicable and safety performance standards,
- Reporting irregularities and taking appropriate action during the stopover to get smoothly functions and punctual actions,
- Supervising the passenger check-in and boarding operations to spot deficiencies.

- Ensuring the maintenance of the required ULD stock on station by Jettainer Software,
- Contributing to the airline’s transverse objective in order to keep up customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
The Tunisian Association of Public Auditors (TAPA) is in collaboration with the British Embassy Tunis and The Arab Partnership Fund in order to strengthen public auditor’s capacity and to raise awareness about corruption and fraud in Tunisia.
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the Activity Basic Budget feasibility,
- Managing the project budget for ATCP Program and resource allocation,
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and to track progress,
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks and to thwart cost overrun,
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documents such as financial reports prepared monthly for the funder (The Arab Partnership Participation Fund - APPF) and the different activity reports to the association board,
- Ensuring the follow up of the different suppliers in the execution of the various orders necessary for each event.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken and updating SOP's
- Making quality reports for:
. Check in counters area : AOC, Measure Flight Set-Up, Uniform standards, Resourcing, Customer Interaction, Problem Solving, Security Questions, Farewell, etc.
. Gates area: Measure Flight Arrival, Customer Service Desk, Announcements, Agreed Number of Boarding Staff, Hand Baggage Sweep Prior, TOB and Stubb Count tailed, etc.
. Conveyor belt area : Delay Notification, GHA staff at Arrival Desk, Rush Bags, etc.
- Determining the scope of projects, plans and budgets,
- Developing marketing and operations plans and keeping records of expenditure,
- Implementing and managing the company’s communication strategy,
- Realizing special offers in coordination with sales department and in adequacy with the company’s requirements and ethics,
- Creating, planning and managing local and international exhibitions, events and sponsorship,
- Evaluation of the efficiency of the marketing strategy (ROI, life cycle management),
- Implementing Business Intelligence procedures and monitoring crescent’s marketing strategies
- Negotiating proposal and budget with media agencies and potential clients, making modifications as necessary and arranging for contract signing,
- Creating and implementing promotional campaigns, managing the system of invoicing and marketing operations, as well as the associated team,
- Certifying the Media planning of campaigns and manage the archiving of supports,
- Realizing advertisements schedules and necessary analyses and following-up the evolution of sales,
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth,
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities
- Supervising the quality of treatment of sale operations.
