Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate through the head office
• Encode document data at the SAP into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Ensures proper and well-organized filing of documents like delivery receipts, purchase order and sales invoice
• Coordinates with the people for the loading of the Gypsum Boards and Trading Materials through Head Office
• Make sure has a correct quantity of loading
• Loading of the Trailer Trucks and Containers of Gypsum Boards & Engineering Supplies.
• Supervises maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse area.
• Ensure First in First Out (FIFO) of the materials
• Handles 30 peoples for the loading
DOCUMENT CONTROL:
• Apply ACONEX in managing documents such as drawings, material submittal, and other correspondence.
• Maintaining registers for Drawing, incoming/outgoing correspondence, Request for Information, Confirmation of Verbal Instruction, Inspection Request, Method Statements, Shop Drawings.
• Receives date-stamps & circulate all incoming mail / documents.
• Maintain a systematic project filing system for easy retrieval and ensure records kept properly and updated in accordance with company standards.
• Responsible for the production of status reports for weekly/monthly meetings.
• Issues and distributes all outgoing documents such as correspondence, submittals and other forms to appropriate individual.
ADMINISTRATION:
• Provide support services covering all areas of administration necessary for the operation of the department and its management team.
• In charge with the Facility Management regarding office repair and maintenance issue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must work well under pressure and exercise tact and patience when dealing with employees and customers.
• Be skillful communicators and have supervisory ability. They should enjoy working with others. They also should have a good sense of taste, touch, and smell.
• Responsible for resolving engineering problems as well. Equipment used for cooking, lighting, and ventilation is expensive & must know about the cost, installation, and maintenance of such equipment.
• Keep their restaurants operating at a profit
• Have a thorough knowledge of food service. They must also understand accounting, budgeting, credit policies, and banking methods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Team leader in the kitchen overseeing proper handling of products
• Oversees preparation of orders by examining, selecting, measuring and assembling in accordance with the standards and procedures of food handling
• In-charge monitoring raw products in the kitchen
• Assists manager in preparation of inventory reports
• Takes customer’s orders and receives payments
• Takes customer’s orders and provides recommendations
• Prepares customer’s orders in accordance with the standards and procedures of the company
• Maintains housekeeping of the store
Duties and Responsibilities:
Room Attendant / Housekeeping Department
• Maintain and inspect guest rooms, providing a clean and secure environment for guests and the facility
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned rooms in the hotel
Laundry Attendant
• Supplies needed and damaged linens to ensure laundry operation is running at maximum
Public Area Attendant
• Cleaning of public spaces including: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and lobby and common areas
• Ensuring all public facilities, including bathrooms, are appropriately serviced on a daily basis
Accounting Department
• Ensures all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Receives and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
• Knowledge on basic accounting records used in the hotel and maintains the orderliness of files for accounting
HR Department
• Assists in filing of insurance, vacation leave administration, retirement plans, profit sharing, stock plans
Purchasing Department
• Scheduling orders and following up
• Other activities like assisting with preparation of material expenditure/purchasing budget
Sales Department
• Accepts and responds to inquiries regarding the hotel and its services
• Responds to complaints with the facilities
