Key Result Areas:
Managing all the recruitment process entailing screening, filtering of CV’s/Resumes received from the recruiting sources.
Facilitating registration and prequalification with clients, ADNOC Group of Company (ADMA OPCO, ADCO, GASCO, ZADCO, ADNOC DIST, FERTIL, ADGAS, AL HOSN GAS, TAKREER, BOROUGE)
Enrolling all the employees (staffed on company projects or contracted) under the company’s medical and health policy
Preparing employee related letters (Letters to Banks, No Objection Certificates, and Letters related to Salary Certificates, Loans, Immigration, To Whom It May Concern Letters, Termination Letters, and Warning Letters)
Monitoring and updating leave / vacation records for all staff
Tracking and processing travel booking request for ew joiners, existing staff and departing staff in accordance with employment contract terms & conditions
Ensuring mobilization process on site
Significant Achievements:
Successfully managed shutdown project - TAKREER (Oil & Gas)
Managed a team that successfully delivered recruitment services to a division nationally, achieving placements of 500 internal/external roles per year with 50% sourced directly
Was a key member of the recruitment team that recruited nearly (300) employees in a quarter
Monitored and constantly reduced the costs of the recruitment process by 50% through the application sourcing from our data bank.
