- Responsible in ensuring that the program is implemented in accordance with the program guidelines and policies as well as help in realizing the program’s objectives.
- Organize community assemblies; coordinate with local partners for the delivery of appropriate support services to beneficiaries; facilitate creation and operation of Municipal Advisory Committees and Grievance Redress System at the municipal level; organize and conduct family development sessions; receive and respond to complaints and inquiries; receive and facilitate processing of verification and updates and provide feedback on program implementation; regularly update the case folders of more than 800 handled beneficiaries and provide proper intervention to those with special cases.
- Organize community assemblies in every handled barangay to introduce and make the community members understand the goals of the program and their role together with the Local Government Unit in the process of achieving those goals.
- Lead facilitator in the community to transform passive members into active and participative community members.
- Conduct site visitation to be able to know the existing resources which could be maximized by the community in the process of the program implementation.
- Provide technical assistance to all the members of the community not only to the volunteers for the development goal of the program to be achieved which is the empowerment of the local communities through their involvement in the design and implementation of the poverty reduction projects and improve the participation in local governance.
- Process books by tagging and using search engines to determine and check the accuracy of the electronic copies of books being used now in the internet.
- Studying and familiarizing with the specifications and updates of the assigned project/s.
- Ensuring production quality and quantity requirement of the assigned task/s are met, completes batch slip and Electronic Production Sheet (EPS)
